Program Outline
Each module is structured to understand the importance of the tool on hypertension and empower you with a toolkit on the how and when.
With a lot of information and noise present all around, we cut through to simplify it for you and how to easily integrate into your lifestyle!
Session 1- Move to Decompress
You will learn how exercising is a game changer for blood pressure, heart health and blood circulation and the different types!
Session 2 - Breathe to Decompress
We understand how breath is linked to (parasympathetic) nervous system and blood pressure.
Session 3 - Sleep and Rest to Decompress
Taken very lightly, we learn the impact of a high quality sleep on the healing journey
Session 4 - Happy Hormones to Decompress
You learn about adrenaline, stress, and link with blood pressure. And how to counter it with building resilience/ responding
Session 5 - Meditation to Decompress
Meditation and its link to reversing Triggers to Stress and Hypertension
Session 6 - Your Decompress Kit
You will build your very own decompress kit! A kit that uses our proprietary science based approach around nervous system, hormones, breath, and activity, resilience & response.

Meet your coaches
SUBBA is an experienced mindfulness practitioner and corporate leader, who left his executive leadership role after three decades to dedicate himself to equip people to live and lead with their “Best Self”. His deep personal practice of yoga, meditation, and deep study of wisdom and science of the mind, spanning 20 years, has been the source of his programs. Most of his work focusses on integrating these practices into today’s busy contemporary life.
SURBHI has now been teaching yoga for the last 7+ years and currently teaches students all across the world. Surbhi curates her teachings specifically for a modern-day lifestyle to help realign the body and mind, helping people access the tools of yoga and positively impact their life.

FAQs
1. My condition is quite intense, will the programme be safe for me?
The practices taught are the the safest, slow paced and very therapeutic. You only need your doctors’ note in case certain movements are restricted for you.
2. I don’t have hypertension point but there are physical symptoms of destress. Can I join?
Prevention is better than cure! It is great that you are able to hear signs from your body. The therapeutic practices will balance and soothe the body.
3. Will and medical reports be also assessed?
No, medical reports will not be assessed.
4. Can the practices taught be done on my own after the course?
Big YES! That is what we want at the end of each module. You will be given recorded tools (audios and videos) to practice from on your own. You would be able to practice movement sequences, breathing techniques and deep relaxation sessions.
6. How do I progress and maintain my practice after the course concludes?
You will be taught on how to create a cadence and routine for yourself by picking and choosing the tools you enjoy the most and the ones that you respond best to.
7. What if the timing doesn’t suit my time zone?
Worry not :) You will be provided with a recording of all the live sessions.
